    Fiona Hyslop (Lothians) (SNP): To ask the Scottish Executive what priority will be given to the educational value of rural schools in decisions in respect of realising the asset value of rural school buildings for the financing of its second phase PPP/PFI projects. (S2O-1561)

    Peter Peacock:The detailed content and financing of school PPP projects are matters for the local authorities. They will take a wide range of issues into account in considering the structure of their projects, and the future configuration of their school estate.
