    • MRSAG School Pigeon Race Results

    It was not publicised before the event but MRSAG held their annual school pigeon race at the beginning of the march on Friday 23rd April. Five lucky pigeons took part in the inaugural race, one for each school.

    Here are the results received from the race organisers :

    Dalkeith to Mossend - 5 miles
    Liberation time 14.00.00

    1st Bothersome Borthwick 14.12.48
    2nd Come on Cranston 14.12.51
    3rd Take your time Temple 14.13.01
    4th Carry on Cousland 14.13.42
    5th Hurry up Howgate 14.14.04

    It is the full intention of MRSAG not to hold this event in anger again. With a little help from our friends in Midlothian, especially our councillors, we can achieve our goals.
