  • Don't put all your eggs in one basket...

Pupils from the five rural schools gathered at Borthwick Primary School on Monday 19th April to send a clear message to Midlothian Council...

"Don't Put All Our Precious Eggs In One Basket - Protect Small Schools"

The school pupils, who were joined by children from Temple Nursery & Playgroup, had carefully decorated scores of eggs over the Easter Holidays.

The photo of the children made the front page of The Advertiser published on 22nd April. The photos can be downloaded by clicking on them.
